At DivyaDesam.co, our goal is to provide customers with a smooth shopping and spiritual experience. This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are permitted.
- Before Shipment: Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing support@divyadesam.co.
- After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
- Non-Cancellable Once Confirmed: Pooja bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed, as temples, priests, and resources are allocated immediately.
- If Cancelled by Temple/Service Provider: In cases where the temple or priest cancels, customers will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is:
• Defective
• Damaged during delivery
• Incorrect item received
- Pooja services and rituals (once performed or initiated)
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable or consumable items (e.g., prasadam, flowers, etc.)
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.
- Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Deductions: Refunds may exclude payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or shipping costs (unless the fault lies with DivyaDesam.co).
- Service Refunds: Online pooja/ritual services are non-refundable once confirmed, unless cancelled by the temple or organizer.
- Refund eligibility is determined after inspection and approval by DivyaDesam.co.
- In cases of disputes, DivyaDesam.co’s decision shall be final.
- This policy is subject to change, and updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
